Fitting within the specific needs and desires of the owner for additional room for their children, a fitness area and a viewing platform reaching up to grasp ocean views, the architect provided a cost effective solution that exceeded expectations. Within the sensitive coastal zone of San Diego, Hauck Architecture was able to navigate the Coastal Commission and the San Diego Building Department, fitting the project within the limits of the Municipal Code. Now the family has room to grow in their Crown Point home with a new entertainment area, workout room and views never before expected.
