Paradise Point Resort - San Diego, California*

Renovation and improvements to 44-acre destination resort property, including exterior upgrades; extensive landscape and hardscape improvements' remodel to all 129 guest room buildings representing 462 cottage-style rooms and suites; renovated and expanded conference facilities; upgrades to five pool facilities and two restaurants; and a new lobby, gift shop, bar, spa, and fitness facilities.

The Riviera Hotel & Resort - Palm Springs, California*

$70 million renovation to existing 24-acre property, including all 406 guest rooms; 38,000 square feet of conference space; a new 11,000-square foot spa and fitness center with 18 treatment rooms; new restaurant, bar, and lounges; and new pool facilities incorporating extensive landscape and parking redesign.
